一 |     जागरण संवाददाता, पटना। राजधानी पटना में चल रही 30 से अधिक विकास परियोजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन की समीक्षा के लिए बुधवार को डीएम डॉ. त्यागराजन एसएम ने प्रोजेक्ट मॉनिटरिंग ग्रुप के साथ बैठक की। इसमें मेट्रो रेल परियोजना व दानापुर-बिहटा एलिवेटेड कॉरिडोर जैसी बड़ी परियोजनाओं की निर्माण गति धीमी करने में बीच में आने वाले मंदिरों को बाधक पाया गया।,जिलाधिकारी ने पीएमसी मेट्रो रेल स्टेशन के पास बने राधा-कृष्ण मंदिर और दानापुर-बिहटा एलिवेटेड कॉरिडोर में बिहटा चौक के पास स्थित मंदिर का जगह चिह्नित कर तुरंत दूसरी जगह स्थानांतरित करने के निर्देश दिए। अन्य परियोजनाओं को समय पर पूरा करने के लिए उन्होंने अधिकारियों को कैंप मोड में रैयतों का मुआवजा भुगतान, मार्ग रेखन में आ रही मंदिर व अन्य संरचनाओं के स्थानांतरण, आवश्यकता अनुसार त्वरित गति से भू-अर्जन के साथ विभिन्न विभागों के साथ समन्वय कर तेजी से कार्य पूरा कराने व निर्माण एजेंसियों से कार्यों में सभी निर्धारित मानकों का अनुपालन कराने का निर्देश दिया।,डीएम ने बैरिया बस स्टैंड से मलाही पकड़ी तक शुरू होने वाले मेट्रो रेल के पहले चरण की समीक्षा की। इसमें आने वाले मौजा-खेमनीचक मेट्रो स्टेशन के लिए अर्जित 4.15 डिसमिल भूमि की प्रारंभिक अधिसूचना जारी हाेने की सूचना दी गई।,भू अर्जन पदाधिकारी ने बताया कि एक अक्टूबर को 60 दिन की दावा-आपत्ति अवधि पूरी होते ही अधिसूचना की घोषणा कर दी जाएगी। इसके अलावा इस परियोजना में कोई समस्या नहीं होने की बात कही गई। इसी प्रकार पीएमसी मेट्रो रेल स्टेशन के पास स्थित राधा कृष्ण मंदिर को स्थानांतरित नहीं होने की सूचना पर डीएम ने तुरंत इसे करने का निर्देश दिया।,दानापुर-बिहटा एलिवेटेड कॉरिडोर के रास्ते में बिहटा चौक, मौजा गोढ़ना व मौजा पतसा में विशंभरपुर के पास का मंदिर बाधा बन हुआ है। जिलाधिकारी ने संबंधित अधिकारियों को जल्द से जल्द जगह चिह्नित कर इसे स्थानांतरित करने का निर्देश दिया। रामनगर कच्ची दरगाह एनएच119डी के दूसरे चरण के लिए अर्जनाधीन भूमि का स्वामितत्व प्रमाणपत्र व राजस्व रसीद अद्यतन कर जल्द रैयतों को प्रमाणपत्र निर्गत करने का निर्देश दिया।,पटना-आरा-सासाराम सड़क परियोजना में नौबतपुर के सात ग्राम व बिहटा के 14 ग्राम आ रहे हैं। 5 से 27 अगस्त तक इन गांवों में शिविरों का आयोजन किया जना था। समीक्षा बैठक में अनुपस्थित नौबतपुर सीओ से स्पष्टीकरण कर एक दिन वेतन रोकने का आदेश डीएम ने दिया। इसके अलावा कन्हौली बस स्टैंड के लिए जल्द भूमि अधिग्रहण की प्रारंभिक अधिसूचना जारी करने को कहा गया।,डीएम ने जिले में आवागमन को सुगम बनाने वाली प्रगति यात्रा संबंधित विभिन्न परियोजनाओं के निर्माण कार्य में तेजी लाने के सख्त निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने पुनपुन नदी में लक्ष्मण झूला की तर्ज बन रहे पुल, समदा गांव में पुल, सोहगी मोड कंडाप में पथ निर्माण, मोरहर नदी पर पुल, परसा संपतचक पथ के एलाइनमेंट व धोवा नदी पर पुल निर्माण आदि के कार्य में तेजी जाने के निर्देश दिए।。

The drone has completed multiple test flights, China Central Television (CCTV) News reported.
Long Bamboo, a company based in East China's Fujian Province, developed the technique that preserves the bamboo's tough outer layer and allows different parts with different densities of the material to be used according to their properties, improving its overall performance.
In the past, the outer skin of bamboo was often treated as leftover material and eventually burned into low-value bamboo charcoal.
According to a company release in February, bamboo-based composites now make up more than 25 percent of the entire drone, while its fuselage skin is made entirely from the company's own high-performance bamboo composite material.
The bamboo-based material also offers a major cost advantage, costing only about one-quarter to one-tenth as much as aviation-grade carbon fiber. After the drone is retired, the material can naturally degrade, allowing it to effectively "come from nature and return to nature."
The team spent four years building data models, upgrading equipment and refining the material. The resulting drone has a wingspan of more than 2.5 meters but weighs only about 7 kilograms, and has already completed multiple test flights, according to CCTV News.
Bamboo was traditionally used mainly in products such as tableware and furniture. Now, however, the material is finding its way into a wider range of industrial applications. Bamboo fiber is being used in automobile interiors, while bamboo-based materials are also being explored as possible substitutes for plastics, glass fiber and carbon fiber in some applications. 
China has the world's largest bamboo resource base, with about 7.56 million hectares of bamboo forests nationwide. The country also ranks among the world leaders in bamboo resources, bamboo cultivation technologies and the development and utilization of bamboo materials, per CCTV News.
